50 not out

50 posts - not bad going for one so young...

Just back from a trip to Liverpool to see the family, specifically to have a small gathering for Aunty Sarah's (whisper it) 40th Birthday - which isn't actually until next Wednesday, but we're not great for midweek trips.

So Granny Jean let us take over her house for the weekend / soiree and Mummy and Jean did all the cooking / preparing (whilst Daddy kept me busy) and Uncle Ian, Grandad Ozz and the aforementioned ladies came 'round for a few drinks, lots to eat and a good old natter about times past, present and future.

A great time was had by all and they didn't disturb me too much.

I even got to see Uncle Ste, Aunty Lisa and Steph and Kate again on Sunday...

So - over to this computer, it's broadband connection or Blogger to see if I can show you any photos (or not). Wish me luck...

Monday Monday (pt II)

quick photo post for you...

Apologies for lack of updates

Long time no write I know, but the blog's been playing up and we haven't been able to add any new photos for most of the last week. Every time we try it kicks us off our internet connection : (

So - here we are again, if there's no pic to accompany this post, you know why...(but if there is, isn't it a good one!).

Belated birthday greetings to Andy Z. across the 12 and a half thousand miles to Australia... hope it was a good one and your prezzie comes in handy...

We had "a major event" this week - Mummy & Daddy went off and left me! Not home alone of course, but with Julia, Nuala & Monty next door (which I'm going to be doing a lot more of soon), but this time was so the olds could go out to a gig (Faith No More since you asked) in Brixton.

Am sure they were more worried than I was but all went well, I had a great time, ate plenty and got off to bed at the usual time, and even behaved myself when Mum & Dad came to collect me at about 11.45pm.

However, last night wasn't so smooth, am not sure if it was new teeth giving me gyp or I was just too tired to sleep but it wasn't a great night for any of us so fingers crossed I'm in the midst of a lovely long, deep sleep right now...

Bunny park

Today, whilst the weather was good, we went for a walk to the Bunny Park. I had a little nap on the way there, but (slowly) came to life when we got to the swings.

Daddy and I had a walk around all the other apparatus and I had a play in the rabbit tunnel which was exciting (and a little scary).

Back home I'm crawling like a good 'un and keeping the olds on their toes with my random adventures, but the one place I won't crawl over is this small bit of very rough carpet just inside the front door, which is my "no-mans land" as it's just not nice to my delicate skin so I need Mum or Dad to carry / fly me over that bit so I can carry on crawling towards the kitchen!
