Nearly photo-free update!

Hi all,

Wow - it's been three weeks since I last blogged... if you were to ask me face to face, I'd probably reply: "sorry about that".

Anyway - I have been busy, just not been taking any pictures, for various reasons.

Fri 29 June - Sun 1 July we went to L'pool to see family... and we had a lovely time at Uncle Ian and Aunty Sarah's who threw a special late lunch / early tea-party-type thing on the Saturday, so I got to chase Marmite and Sapphire up the stairs (a lot) again and we had loads to eat and drink! Big thanks for that!

We also saw Granny Jean and Grandad Ozz and I went over to Val's to see how she's getting on and visit their dog Cassie.

On the Sunday, we were visited at Granny Jean's by Uncle Steven and cousins Kate and Steph. with their "puppy" Molly who IS getting bigger by the minute.

The following weekend, Sat 7 July, we went to visit our good friends Helen and Simon at their house in Banstead - not seen them for ages and they're now married AND with twins on the way... we had a lovely lunch at Zizzi's and then I went to the local park to try out all the apparatus, but... we didn't actually take any photos (which is fine, it just means we have to go back there one day soon, and make amends).

On the Sunday, Mum and I went to my friend Simrah's 4th birthday party, whch was GREAT!! (but again - no photos, unless Mum has any on her phone)

Which brings us up to last weekend (not that I just do stuff at the weekends you understand!!), where dad went away for the day and Mum and I - although we missed him - had a great time together!

Worth saying now, Dad's been out more times than the gas of late... no gigs for months, then lots come along at once: Hermitude, Faith No More (x2), deadmau5 and last Saturday, to the Latitude Festival in Suffolk, to see Richard Hawley and more... welcome back Dad!

So.. this weekend, I'm aiming for a photo frenzy, but in the meantime, here's a couple from L'pool to keep you interested...

Lots of love,

Samx
